Rick Richardson serves as Vice President, Federal Civilian Accounts at Logistics Systems, Inc. (LSI), where he leads strategic growth and customer engagement across the company’s Federal Civilian portfolio. Rick brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience delivering enterprise technology solutions throughout the Federal Government. His expertise spans enterprise infrastructure, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, IT shared services, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation. Prior to joining LSI, Rick served as Director of Enterprise Infrastructure for the U.S. Department of Transportation and previously held executive leadership positions with Dell Technologies, EDS, and ATF. At LSI, Rick focuses on strengthening customer partnerships, expanding Federal Civilian accounts, and helping agencies modernize their technology environments through innovative, mission-driven solutions.
